Common use of Certificate of Insurer – Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Insurer – Insurance Coverage. Within 30 days following the reasonable request by the Administrative Agent, a certificate of insurance coverage from each insurer with respect to the insurance required by Section 8.06, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and, if also reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, all copies of the applicable policies.

Within 30 days following the reasonable request by the Administrative Collateral Agent, a certificate of insurance coverage from each insurer with respect to the insurance required by Section 8.066.5, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Collateral Agent, and, if also reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent all copies of the applicable policies.
