Certain Rights Regarding Collateral and Obligations. (a) Subject to Sections 5(c) and 6 hereof, the Agent may, and upon the request of the Required Banks shall, from time to time, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default under the Credit Agreement, without notice to the Pledgor, (i) transfer all or any part of the Collateral into the name of the Agent or its nominee or sub-agent, with or without disclosing that such Collateral is subject to the Lien created hereunder, (ii) notify any Person obligated on any of the Collateral to make payment to the Agent of any amounts due or to become due thereunder, and (iii) enforce collection of any of the Collateral by suit or otherwise.
