Ceilings. 13.1 All ceilings will be 9mm Gypsum plaster board fixed to galvanized top-hat sections at 400mm intervals across and 600mm in longitudinal direction. All ceilings joints to be primed, taped and skimmed smooth for paint. 13.2 75mm insulation wool to be provided on top of ceilings. 13.3 Cornices to be Nucor “nice”, polystyrene core cove cornice as per Everite (or similar approved). 13.4 Shadow line cornices will be at extra cost if required.
