CDCR and DJJ Infectious Disease Control Plans. Within one hundred eighty (180) days of ratification, the parties agree to continue the Infectious Disease Control labor/management/California Correctional Health Care Service (CCHCS) committees in order to update the Infectious Disease Plans for CDCR and DJJ. The State agrees to meet and confer over the impact of the changes on Unit 6 employees.

Within thirty (30) days of ratification, the parties will convene a joint committee to review which gloves will be available in each institution for custody with the intent of provisioning both latex and nitrile gloves as appropriate.
