CCTV. If Biosite Supply or install CCTV or related Equipment, it shall check that the Equipment is in apparent working condition at the time of supply and Biosite shall verify that installation performed by Biosite operates as expected before leaving the Site. The Customer accepts the risk that such Equipment might nevertheless subsequently fail or might not produce the desired images because:
CCTV. Our CCTV system covers all buildings and areas used for reception purposes, vehicle parking and equipment storage, plus accesses to private areas reserved for staff use. The CCTV system produces video footage of direct accesses to buildings, pitches and roads inside the campsite. The Management reserves the right to use these recordings to check the identity and authorization status of persons entering supervised areas. Recordings are kept for a maximum of two months and may be consulted on request. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés"), clients have the right to access and rectify stored information pertaining to them.
CCTV. The Premises are covered by a 24-hour CCTV system to help prevent and detect crime and for public safety. It may be appropriate to disclose recorded images to law enforcement agencies where a crime needs to be investigated. The system is controlled by the Company and Devizes Town Council. CCTV. You must not use or install any form of CCTV or other surveillance equipment at the premises without our permission. Any such equipment for which permission has been given must not film or record outside the boundary of the property.
CCTV. The extent of CCTV required will be site-specific and determined on a case by case basis. However, at a minimum:
CCTV a. The CCTV system provided complies with 240-91190304 (Specification for CCTV Surveillance with Intruder Detection).
CCTV. 8.1. Where CCTV cameras are installed in our car parks, they are used to assist in the proper management of the car park. The CCTV cameras may also act as a deterrent to criminal activity. We do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras and no guarantee is given as to the security of your vehicle in car parks where CCTV is installed. If you believe that criminal damage has been caused to your vehicle/property you should report this to the police. If there is any footage available, Police Scotland will be given full access to all our CCTV footage and Stirling Investment S.a.r.l. would fully cooperate with any police investigation where deemed necessary.
