Certificate of Officers Parent and Acquisition Corp. shall have delivered to the Company a certificate dated the Closing Date, executed on their behalf by their respective Presidents, certifying the satisfaction of the conditions specified in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of this Section 8.2.
Executive Officers The officers of the Trust shall be chosen by the Board of Trustees and shall include a chairman, president, a secretary and a treasurer. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, elect or appoint a controller, one or more vice presidents, assistant secretaries, assistant treasurers, and assistant controllers. Union Officers Employees hereafter elected or appointed to full time Union office shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of sen iority but without accumulating seniority during the period of the leave of absence.
