Casino tax for NT Keno. (a) The Operator shall pay casino tax calculated at the tax rate of 20 percent of gross profit derived from NT keno, for the period from the effective date until 30 June 2005 and thereafter at the tax rates determined for each succeeding period of 5 years by the Minister. The Minister will not increase the tax rates when making that determination for a 5 year period unless the Territory's average annual tax collections (calculated on the average of five financial years expressed in year 2000 dollars, through reference to the Darwin All Groups Consumer Price Index ("CPI")) from NT keno and similar products:

  • Annual Tax Information and Report Within seventy-five (75) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Partnership, the General Partner shall furnish to each person who was a Limited Partner at any time during such year the tax information necessary to file such Limited Partner’s individual tax returns as shall be reasonably required by law.

  • Annual Tax Information The Managers shall cause the Company to deliver to the Member all information necessary for the preparation of the Member’s federal income tax return.
