Common use of Case Assignment Clause in Contracts

Case Assignment. The Attorney will be assigned cases by court administration as directed by the judges pursuant to their plan for case assignment. The Attorney acknowledges that this Agreement is not a guarantee that the Attorney will be assigned any specific cases or any minimum number of cases. If the Attorney is unable to accept an assignment, s/he will promptly notify court administration.
