Common use of Carryover Clause in Contracts

Carryover. At the beginning of each calendar year, up to six (6) days of sick leave from an employees prior year's sick day balance may be added to the annual amount of sick days credited to each employee. In no case shall the total number of sick days exceed twelve (12).

Carryover. At the beginning of each calendar year, up to six eighty-eight (688) days hours of sick leave from an employees employee's prior year's years' sick day balance may be added to the annual amount of sick days hours credited to each employee. In no case shall the total number of sick days hours exceed twelve one hundred twenty eight (12128).
