Common use of Cargo Compartments Clause in Contracts

Cargo Compartments. (a) With the exception of those items noted in the Certificate of Acceptance at delivery of the Aircraft, all cargo compartment floor, sidewall and ceiling panels will be in good condition, free of holes, cracks, temporary repairs and significant dents in accordance with applicable Structural Repair Manual (SRM) limits of the Airframe Manufacturer. (b) The cargo nets will be in good condition with no tears or frayed areas.
