Common use of Captions; Attachments; Defined Terms Clause in Contracts

Captions; Attachments; Defined Terms. (a) The captions of the sections of the Lease are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to be relevant in resolving any question of interpretation or construction of any Section of this Lease. (b) Exhibits attached hereto, and addendums and schedules initiated by the parties, are deemed by attachment to constitute part of this Lease and are incorporated herein. (c) The words “Lessor” and “Lessee”, as used herein, shall include the plural as well as the singular. The obligations contained in this Lease to be performed by Lessor shall be binding on Lessor’s successors and assigns only during their respective periods of ownership.
