Captions; Attachments; Defined Terms. (a) The captions of the paragraphs of this Lease are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to be relevant in resolving any question of interpretation or construction of any section of this Lease. (b) Exhibits attached hereto, and addenda and schedules initialed by the parties, are deemed by attachment to constitute part of this Lease and are incorporated herein. (c) The words "Landlord" and "Tenant" as used herein, shall include the plural as well as the singular. Words used in neuter gender include the masculine and feminine and words in the masculine or feminine gender include the neuter. If there be more than one Landlord or Tenant, the obligations hereunder imposed upon Landlord or Tenant
