Common use of Capacity Augmentation Clause in Contracts

Capacity Augmentation. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed by and between the Concessionaire and the Authority that the Target Point(s) shall not be revised in the event the Authority undertakes Capacity Augmentation pursuant to Clause 14.
