Common use of Cancellation of Prior Agreement Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Prior Agreement. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Lessee and the Sub-Lessee agree that any prior agreements relating to the subject matter contained in this Agreement, including any Sub-lease Agreement and Management Agreement, are deemed null and void and unenforceable, and the Sub-lessee shall have no further rights thereunder (if applicable).
