Common use of Camera Insurance Clause in Contracts

Camera Insurance. The Employer will continue to insure the employees’ camera equipment for its agreed upon replacement value in accordance with 14.03. The Employer agrees to pay any deductible amounts arising out of any claims. Each photographer (or reporter who uses his/her camera as part of his/her regular duties) will submit a list of equipment and values to his/her Editor in accordance with the past practice established in 14.03 by December 1st of each year. In the event of equipment theft or loss, the employee will make a report to the appropriate police force and provide a copy of such report to the Employer for the purposes of insurance claim.
