Common use of Call-in Procedure Clause in Contracts

Call-in Procedure. All requests shall be recorded in a log which will show the job classification required to be done, the name of the employees requested to perform the work, whether the employee accepted or declined the call to work or failed to answer the call, the date and time the employer became aware of the vacancy.
