Call Center Training Program. US Bio shall jointly maintain with Dyax a training program for call center personnel to familiarize such personnel with the Product, Program, and Program Services (the "Call Center Training Program"). The Call Center Training Program shall include training on ABSG-specific policies and procedures as well as the Program-specific SOPs that are approved by Dyax, including but not limited to Adverse Event reporting, Product Complaint Reporting, Call Triage Instructions, Product label, Product Medication Guide, and approved Product FAQs. The Call Center Training Program shall be conducted by US Bio (with Dyax's participation, as appropriate) at US Bio’s facilities. US Bio shall maintain all training records and make them available to Dyax upon request. All employees of US Bio that will be involved in the Program shall be required to complete all training activities established under the HUB Training Program. If any new / other employees of US Bio become involved in the Program, then such employees shall complete all training activities established under the Call Center Training Program prior to first their first involvement in the Program.
