Call Back Pay. A regular employee called back to work, shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate provided by Article 25. Payment for call-back may be taken as time off if the Employer and employee mutually agree. In default of mutual agreement payment will be in pay.
