Common use of Call Back Pay Clause in Contracts

Call Back Pay. Any employee who is called back to work at a time other than his/her regularly scheduled hours of work/shift shall be granted a minimum of four (4) hours compensation at one and one-half (1 1/2) times his/her regular rate of pay regardless of time actually worked.

Call Back Pay. Any An employee who has left his/her place of employment after having completed work on his/her regular shift and who is called back for unscheduled work prior to work at a time other than the commencement of his/her regularly next scheduled hours of work/shift shall be granted receive a minimum of four (4) hours compensation pay at one and one-half (1 1/2) times his/her regular rate of pay regardless of time actually workedhourly overtime rate.
