Call Back Defined. Call back is defined as an employee being requested to perform work for the CITY outside of their regularly scheduled shift hours, excluding any pre-scheduled overtime. Call backs include, but are not limited to, responding to a duty station, responding to an off-site location, remote trouble shooting, and/or telephonic consultations.
