Call Back Defined. For purposes of this MOU, Call Back, Call Out and Call In shall have identical meaning. Call Back shall occur when an employee has completed their work shift, be it regular or extended, has departed the employer's premises or place of work assignment and is off duty, and is subsequently called back to a place of work assignment by the COUNTY prior to the beginning of the employee's next designated work shift.
