Common use of California Fire Assistance Agreement Committee Clause in Contracts

California Fire Assistance Agreement Committee. A California Fire Assistance Agreement Committee (the ‘Committee’) shall be formed by Cal OES for the purpose of negotiating the terms of the CFAA, and for maintenance of the Agreement. For the purposes of coordination, Cal OES Fire and Rescue Division Chief, or the Chief's designee, shall serve as the Chairperson.
