  • Definition of Working Days Working day" as used in the Grievance and Arbitration procedure shall mean a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday.

  • Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. The Contractor acknowledges that it has satisfied itself as to the nature of the City’s service requirements and specifications, the location and essential characteristics of the work sites, the quality and quantity of materials, equipment, labor and facilities necessary to perform the services, and any other condition or state of fact which could in any way affect performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the contract. The Contractor hereby releases and holds the City harmless from and against any liability or claim for damages of any kind or nature if the actual site or service conditions differ from expected conditions. The contractor shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions for the safety of their employees, City Staff, participants and others on or near the City’s facilities.
