Calculation of the OMRC. ‌ The OMRC in Period p (being the basic charge for the minimum access package as provided in Schedule 2 of the Railways Regulations) shall be derived from the following formula: OMRCp = ∑AOMRCPTSGVP x NTTSGVP where: OMRCp means the OMRC in Period p; AOMRCPTSGVP means, in respect of each Service Group and Vehicle Category, the Adjusted OMRC Per Train in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category in Period p calculated as follows: AOMRCPTSGVP = ((OMRCASGV + OMRCBSGV) x OIp + OMRCCSGV) x CJTSGV where: OMRCASGV means the sum of OMRCA1SGV and OMRCA2SGV; OMRCA1SGV means, in respect of each Service Group and Vehicle Category, the variable DI Costs expressed as a figure per train per minute in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category, being the figure specified as such in column F of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Contract as the same may be varied pursuant to Part 3; OMRCA2SGV means, in respect of each Service Group and Vehicle Category, the avoidable DI Costs expressed as a figure per train per minute in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category, being the figure specified as such in column G of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Contract as the same may be varied pursuant to Part 3; OMRCBSGV means, in respect of each Service Group, the LTOP Costs expressed as figure per train per minute in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category, being the figure specified as such in column H of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Contract as the same may be varied pursuant to Part 3; OMRCCSGV means, in respect of each Service Group, the Pass Through Costs expressed as a figure per train per minute in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category, being the figure specified as such in column I of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Contract as the same shall be updated annually by HS1 Ltd pursuant to paragraph 3.4 and may be varied pursuant to Part 3; OIP means the indexation factor for OMRC in respect of each Period p as determined in accordance with paragraph 3.2; CJTSGV means in respect of each Service Group and Vehicle Category, the Chargeable Journey Time of the train in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category, as specified in column E of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Contract; NTTSGVP means, in respect of each Service Group and Vehicle Category, the number of Timetabled Passenger Trains and Spot Services in that Service Group and in respect of that Vehicle Category in Period p; and ∑ means the summa...

  • Determination of One-Month LIBOR Pursuant to the terms of the Global Agency Agreement, the Global Agent shall calculate the Class Coupons for the applicable Classes of Notes (including MAC Notes on which the Exchange Administrator has directed the Global Agent to make payments) for each Accrual Period (after the first Accrual Period) on the applicable LIBOR Adjustment Date. “One-Month LIBOR” will be determined by using the “Interest Settlement Rate” for U.S. dollar deposits with a maturity of one month set by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (“ICE”) as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the LIBOR Adjustment Date (the “ICE Method”). ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates are currently displayed on Bloomberg L.P.’s page “BBAM.” That page, or any other page that may replace page BBAM on that service or any other service that ICE nominates as the information vendor to display the ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates for deposits in U.S. dollars, is a “Designated Page.” ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates currently are rounded to five decimal places. If ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate does not appear on the Designated Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on a LIBOR Adjustment Date, or if the Designated Page is not then available, One-Month LIBOR for that date will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate. If ICE no longer sets an Interest Settlement Rate, Freddie Mac will designate an alternative index that has performed, or that Freddie Mac (or its agent) expects to perform, in a manner substantially similar to ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate.

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Calculation of Payments The State shall use the fee schedule set forth in Attachment E to the contract (Fee Schedule) in determining the value of the work performed up to the time of termination. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.

  • Calculation of Service 25.7 For purposes of calculating continuous service and active service, a year shall be deemed to consist of two hundred and sixty-one (261) working days.
