CAB Manager. The CAB may hire or engage a CAB Manager to assist in the implementation of the Operations and Maintenance Services. (a) The Actual Operations and Maintenance Costs shall be determined during the budget process. (b) The CAB shall make available to the CAB Districts copies of all service contracts. (c) Any agreement governing a CAB Manager’s contractual relationship with respect to Bond financed Public Improvements shall comply with all applicable federal income tax requirements if interest on the Bonds is intended to be excluded form gross income of the bondholders for federal income tax purposes.
