C losing Date. The transactions provided for in this Agreement shall take place at Town Hall, Town of Marlborough located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, xx the first business day after a period of thirty days following the receipt of the last of the approvals described in S ection 7.1 hereof, or on such other date or at such other place as the parties may mutually agree upon (the “Closing Date”).
C losing Date. The Closing shall take place on June 30, 2021, or on such earlier date as may be designated by Purchaser upon at least five (5) business days’ advance written notice to Seller (which notice may be made by email) (the earlier of (i) the actual date of Closing, and (ii) the date required for Closing hereunder being referred to herein as the “Closing Date”). The Closing shall take place at the offices of the Escrow Agent and shall be conducted pursuant to an escrow-style closing through the Escrow Agent (or such other party selected by Purchaser and Seller) so that it will not be necessary for any party to physically attend the Closing.
C losing Date. The Closing shall take place as soon as reasonably possible after the satisfaction or waiver of all of the conditions precedent, but in no event later than May 31, 2018, time being of the essence. The Closing will be held at AIDEA’s offices in Anchorage, Alaska, or at such other place as the parties shall agree in writing. The Parties shall use reasonable efforts to satisfy the conditions precedent to Closing on or before April 30, 2018.
