Buyer Provided Information and Equipment. The Buyer shall provide or ensure that its other suppliers and/or consultants provide all necessary services, information, including technical information regarding the Site, programming information, databases, interfaces, gateways and cables, to enable the Supplier to put the work and any Professional Services in hand promptly and in any event in accordance with any agreed timescales or project plan and so as to enable the Supplier to carry out its obligations under the Call-Off Contract, including the provision of the Product in accordance with the Specification. Any changes to information provided by the Buyer and relied upon by the Supplier shall constitute a variation and the Supplier may claim the costs thereby incurred.
