Busing Program. SMC is providing bus transportation to and from the mine site for all employees, contractors, and subcontractors. The Parties acknowledge that a GNA Amendment Replacement Page Effective May 13, 2009 busing program is the most effective means of reducing traffic and ensuring safety. SMC shall provide bus transportation as long as it is affordable.
