Business Records and Your Continuing Obligations. You represent that You have returned to the Company any and all property belonging to the Company, including but not limited to business records and documents relating to any activity of the Company or its Affiliates, files, records, documents, plans, drawings, specifications, equipment, software, pictures, and videotapes, whether prepared by You or not and whether in written or electronic form.

Business Records and Your Continuing Obligations. Except as expressly set forth in the Separation Agreement, You represent that You have returned to the Company any and all property belonging to the Company, including, but not limited to, business records and documents relating to any activity of the Company or its Affiliates, files, records, documents, plans, drawings, specifications, equipment, software, pictures, and videotapes, whether prepared by You or not and whether in written or electronic form. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may retain your contacts, calendars and personal correspondence and any other information reasonably needed for Your personal tax return preparation.

  • Continuing Obligations The rights and obligations of the Parties that, by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement, e.g., "Liability and Risk of Loss" and "Intellectual Property Rights"-related clauses shall survive such expiration or termination of this Agreement.
