Common use of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay reimburse or reimburse advance payment to the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that actually incurred by him in connection with the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and hereunder in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of policies established by the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timetime and subject to receipt by the Company of appropriate documentation.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that actually incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties the performance of the Executive’s services under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the applicable expense reimbursement policy of the Company and related policies and procedures as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing his performance of the Executive's duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the responsibilities hereunder, subject to (i) any expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved set by the Board from time to time, and (or a committee thereofii) such reasonable substantiation and in effect documentation requirements as may be specified by the Board from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that actually incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties the performance of the Executive’s services under this Employment Agreement Agreement, upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company as approved customarily may require of its officers; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeBoard.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket entertainment, travel or other expenses that incurred by the Executive incurs during in connection with the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon Agreement, subject to the Executive’s presentation of appropriate documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of such procedures as the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect may from time to timetime establish.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his Executive’s duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The In accordance with the Company’s policies established from time to time, the Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business and necessary out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by him in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation Agreement, subject to the presentment of documentation and in accordance with appropriate supporting documentation. During the expense reimbursement policy Term of this Agreement, the Company as approved by shall at its expense provide Executive with reasonable office space and furnishings (including without limitation desk and lap top computers) at the Board (or Company’s principal executive offices, and a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timecell telephone.

The Company shall pay or will reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business and necessary out-of-pocket business, travel and entertainment expenses that incurred by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy performance of the Company as approved by duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to the Board (or a committee thereof) Company’s normal policies and in effect from time to timeprocedures for expense verification and documentation.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs incurred or paid by him during the Employment Term in performing the performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with services for the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany.

Business Expenses. The In accordance with the Company’s policies established from time to time, the Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business and necessary out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by him in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation Agreement, subject to the presentment of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of appropriate supporting documentation. In addition, the Company as will reimburse or pay directly for Executive’s personal executive development expenses, in a maximum amount to be approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeits Compensation Committee, if applicable).

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket entertainment, travel or other expenses that incurred by the Executive incurs during in connection with the Term in performing his performance of his/her duties under this Employment Agreement upon Agreement, subject to the Executive's presentation of appropriate documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of such procedures as the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect may from time to timetime establish.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable and customary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company generally applicable to all senior executives as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially ordinary and necessary business expenses, in a reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that amount, which the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and Agreement. Such expenses shall be paid or reimbursed in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy policies of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable reasonable, customary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy performance of the Company as approved duties and responsibilities of his position, subject to any restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) in Company policies and in effect from time to timesuch reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be required by the Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive Executive, upon presentation of documentation, for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his the Executive’s duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time. Payments with respect to reimbursements of expenses shall be made promptly, but in any event no later than thirty (30) days following the date upon which the relevant expense report is filed by the Executive.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable ordinary and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that which the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation which are integrally and directly related to the performance of documentation and the Executive’s duties or which confer a direct or indirect benefit to the Executive so long as reimbursement for such expense is generally available to all employees of the Company on a non-discriminatory basis. Such expenses shall be paid or reimbursed in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy policies of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable reasonable, customary and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs in the performance of Executive's duties and responsibilities hereunder during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation term hereof, subject to any maximum annual limit and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved other restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified in effect advance by the Company from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by Executive in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) for senior executives of the Company, and in effect to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business any out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by Executive in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing course of providing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance services hereunder, which comply with the Company's travel and expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved policies adopted from time to time by the Board (or a committee thereof) for the executive officers. Such reimbursement shall be made by the Company based on receipts submitted to the Company by Executive in the same manner and in effect from within the same time period as applicable to timethe other executive officers of the Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive Executive, upon presentation of documentation, for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business and necessary out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by Executive in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his performance of Executive’s duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance subject to compliance by Executive with the Company’s policies for expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timereimbursements.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive during the Executive Employment Term for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by him in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation services, subject to reasonable substantiation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timedocumentation.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or shall, upon receipt from Executive of supporting receipts to the extent required by applicable income tax regulations and the Company’s reimbursement policies, reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket business expenses that the reasonably incurred by Executive incurs during the Term in performing connection with his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeemployment hereunder.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by Executive in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit or other restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive Executive, upon presentation of documentation, for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term Employment Period in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and provided that all such expenses are in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the responsibilities hereunder, subject to (a) any expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved set by the Board from time to time, and (or a committee thereofb) such reasonable substantiation and in effect documentation requirements as may be specified by the Board from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive Executive, upon presentation of documentation, for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term Employment Period in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his her duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket business expenses that the incurred by Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement Agreement, promptly upon presentation of appropriate supporting documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other reasonable restrictions on such expenses set by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to timetime consistent with the requirements imposed on other senior executives of the Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the incurred by Executive incurs during the Term in performing connection with his duties under this Employment Agreement employment hereunder upon presentation submission of appropriate documentation and or receipts in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy policies and procedures of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable reasonable, customary and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved responsibilities hereunder, subject to maximum annual limits or other restrictions established by the Board (and such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Board or a committee thereof) and in effect Company policy from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the incurred or paid by Executive incurs during the Term Employment Period in performing his the performance of Executive’s duties under this Employment Agreement hereunder, over and above a $500 office expense allowance and upon presentation of documentation expense statements or vouchers and such other information as the Company may require and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy generally applicable policies and procedures of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the incurred or paid by Executive incurs while he is actively employed during the Term Employment Period in performing his the performance of Executive’s duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation hereunder; provided Executive shall account for and substantiate all such expenses in accordance with the expense Company’s policies for reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by expenses of its senior officers, including the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany’s Travel & Entertainment Policy.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business and necessary out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by him for the Executive incurs during benefit of the Term Company in performing the performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance Agreement, subject to compliance by Executive with the Company’s policies for expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timereimbursements.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable and customary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Company and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as approved may be specified by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect Company from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable necessary and usual business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by Executive in connection with the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties and obligations under this Employment Agreement upon Agreement, subject to Executive's presentation of appropriate documentation and receipts and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the such procedures as Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect may from time to timetime establish for its executives, consistent with the need to preserve any deductions to which Company may be entitled for Federal tax purposes.

Business Expenses. The During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable and documented business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and responsibilities hereunder in accordance with the expense reimbursement Company’s prevailing policy of the Company and practices relating to reimbursements as established, modified or amended from time to time and as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and Board, provided that any expenses in effect from time to timeexcess of $1,000 must be preapproved by the Board.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Amended Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the responsibilities hereunder, subject to (i) any expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved set by the Board or the President and Chief Executive Officer from time to time, and (ii) such reasonable substantiation and documentation requirements as may be specified by the Board or a committee thereof) the President and in effect Chief Executive Officer from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company Employer shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company Employer as approved by the Board (CEO or a committee thereof) the CEO’s Designee and in effect from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive Executive, upon presentation of documentation, for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term Employment Period in performing his her duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and ), as in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or will reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business any documented, out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timetime properly incurred by Executive in connection with his employment by Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the Executive incurs incurred or paid by him during the Employment Term in performing the performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeservices.

Business Expenses. The While Executive is employed by the Company hereunder, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business and necessary out-of-pocket business, travel and entertainment expenses that incurred by him in the Executive incurs during the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and in accordance with responsibilities hereunder, subject to the Company's normal policies and procedures for expense reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) verification and in effect from time to timedocumentation.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket expenses that the incurred or paid by Executive incurs while he is actively employed during the Term Employment Period in performing his the performance of Executive's duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation hereunder; provided Executive shall account for and substantiate all such expenses in accordance with the expense Company's policies for reimbursement policy of the Company as approved by expenses of its senior officers, including the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany's Travel & Entertainment Policy.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay will pay, or reimburse the Executive for for, all commercially ordinary and reasonable business out-of-pocket business expenses that incurred by the Executive incurs in connection with his performance of services hereunder during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and employment term in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policy authorization and approval procedures then in effect upon presentation to the Company of an itemized account and written proof of such expenses. Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable ordinary and necessary business out-of-pocket expenses that incurred by him or her in the Executive incurs during performance of his or her duties as an employee of the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and Company in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy Company’s usual policies upon receipt from the Executive of written substantiation of such expenses which is acceptable to the Company as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof) and in effect from time to timeCompany.

The Company Corporation shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket business expenses that actually incurred or paid by the Executive incurs during in the Term in performing performance of his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation and hereunder, in accordance with the expense Corporation’s policy for reimbursement policy of expenses.
