Common use of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all necessary, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, incurred by Executive on behalf of the Company.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any all reasonable and all necessaryordinary business expenses that are properly documented with receipts and are incurred in the performance of his services hereunder, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, incurred by Executive on behalf of the Companypolicy as in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for any and all necessaryappropriately documented, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive on behalf in the performance of and necessary to the Companyperformance of his duties under this Agreement, including business telecommunications expenses and travel expenses. All expenses are reimbursed for cost without markup.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all necessary, customary and usual business expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, the Company’s policies reasonably incurred by Executive on behalf of the Company. The Company shall provide Executive with an appropriate automobile, shall pay all gasoline, maintenance and repair costs, and shall replace the automobile with a new model not less often than every two years.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, subject to and all necessary, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, incurred by Executive on behalf of the Companyapplicable expense-reimbursement and related policies and procedures as in effect from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for any and all necessary, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted reasonable business expenses in accordance with Company policies, incurred by Executive on behalf expense reimbursement plans from time to time in effect for employees of the CompanyCompany generally.

Executive shall provide the Company with supporting documentation and other substantiation of reimbursable expenses as may be required by Executive on behalf of the CompanyCompany to conform to Internal Revenue Service or other requirements.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all necessary, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, reasonable expenses incurred by Executive on behalf in the course of performing Executive’s duties under this Agreement that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any all reasonable business and all necessary, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted professional expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with his employment with the Company in accordance with Company company policies, incurred by Executive on behalf of the Company.
