Bulletin. Boards the Union will have the exclusive use of two (2) Bulletin Boards on the premises of the Company and provided by the Company for the purpose of posting official Union notices which may be of interest to Union members. All such material may be posted only upon the authority of the Executive Committee of the Union or Shop Stewards of the plant.
