Bulletin. Boards 1. The Hospital will provide one (1) bulletin board which will be used exclusively for the posting of Union notices. 2. The material to be posted on the bulletin boards will be brought to the EMS Director or designee by the Union for approval. The Union representative shall make the postings. 3. The material to be placed on the Union bulletin boards will consist of the following: a. Notices of Union elections and the results of elections b. Notices of Union appointments c. Notices of Union meetings d. Notices of Union social and recreational events e. Notices concerning official Union business. 4. The EMS Director or designee will approve the posting except when such material is profane, obscene, defamatory of the State or Hospital and its representatives or which constitutes election campaign propaganda.
