BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS. In compliance with Article 9, Section 230 of the New York State Labor Law: i. Payroll Records Contractors and Subcontractors must keep original payrolls or transcripts subscribed and affirmed as true under the penalties of perjury as required by law. Where the Contractor or Subcontractor maintains no regular place of business in New York State, such records must be kept at the work Site while work is being performed. ii. Overtime Employees of Contractors and Subcontractors who work in excess of eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week shall be paid at the overtime rate identified by the New York State Department of Labor.
