Common use of Building Service Hours Clause in Contracts

Building Service Hours. “Building Service Hours,” as defined in Section 1.13 of the Basic Lease Information of the Original Lease, is hereby amended and revised to be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Business Days. Tenant shall have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year.

Building Service Hours. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Original Lease, from and after the Extended Term Commencement Date, the “Building Service Hours,” (as defined in Section 1.13 of the Basic Lease Information of the Original Lease, is hereby amended and revised to ) shall be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Business DaysDays and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, excluding Holidays. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease, Tenant shall have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hourshours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year.

Building Service Hours. “As of the date hereof, the Building Service Hours,” as defined Services Hours in accordance with Section 1.13 of the Basic Lease Information of the Original Lease, is hereby amended and revised to shall be 7:00 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and if requested by Tenant, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Business Days. Tenant shall have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per yearSaturdays.
