Common use of Building Name; Landlord's Signage Rights Clause in Contracts

Building Name; Landlord's Signage Rights. Subject to Tenant's signage rights under this Article 28, Landlord may at any time change the name of the Building and install, affix, and maintain all signs on the Real Property as Landlord may, in Landlord's sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not have or acquire any property right or interest in the name of the Building. Tenant may use the name of the Real Property.
