Common use of Budget/Audit Clause in Contracts

Budget/Audit. The Member Library shall transmit a copy of its annual budget within thirty (30) days of adoption to TADL, and shall further provide a copy of any audit (annual or otherwise) of its operations to TADL within thirty (30) days of acceptance by the Member Library.
