Brokers; Finders and Fees. Seller has not employed any investment banker, broker or finder or incurred any liability for any investment banking, financial advisory or brokerage fees, commissions or finders’ fees in connection with this Agreement, the Related Agreements or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
