Broadband Corridor Access Permit. Prior to installing or relocating any Improvements within the Site, Operator or Operator’s Contractors will submit an application for a permit to access the Site for purposes of constructing, maintaining, and operating Fiber Optic cable lines (the “Broadband Corridor Access Permit”).
