Bridge Benefit. (As described in Section 6 of the Plan Text) ▇▇.▇▇.▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ A Pilot who retires after having completed 25 years of qualifying service or whose age plus qualifying service upon retirement adds up to 80 years or more, will qualify for a bridge benefit. ▇▇.▇▇.▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ The amount of monthly bridge benefit shall be equal to: the maximum monthly pension payable under the Canada Pension Plan to a person retiring at age 65 in the year of retirement of the Pilot multiplied by the ratio of allowable service over 35
