Common use of Breach of Contract Clause in Contracts

Breach of Contract. In the event of a Breach of Contract, the aggrieved Party shall give written notice of breach to the other Party. If the notified Party does not cure the Breach of Contract, at its sole expense, within 30 days after the delivery of written notice, the Party may exercise any of the remedies as described in §14 for that Party. Notwithstanding any provision of this Participating Addendum to the contrary, the State, in its discretion in order to protect the public interest of the State, need not provide notice or a cure period and may immediately terminate this Participating Addendum in whole or in part or institute any other remedy in this Participating Addendum; or if Contractor is debarred or suspended under §00-000-000, C.R.S., the State, in its discretion, need not provide notice or cure period and may terminate this Contract in whole or in part or institute any other remedy in this Contract as of the date that the debarment or suspension takes effect.
