Common use of BRAND DEVELOPMENT Clause in Contracts

BRAND DEVELOPMENT. Distributor will develop labeling and branding for the Products for distribution and marketing in the Territory. Distributer shall own the right to all trade names, trademarks created by the Distributor.

Distributer shall own the right to all trade names, trademarks created by the Distributor. Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promote, market, sell, distribute and support the Products. (b) Supplier may provide to Distributor, at no cost, any available promotional materials developed by Supplier for the Products.
