BPI. Within thirty (30) days after each of the dates provided for in Sections 9.1, 9.4, and 9.5 for each Specified Redetermination and any Subsequent Redetermination of the BPI in a WIPA, representatives of the Parties in that WIPA shall meet for the purpose of reviewing the information and data available as of the particular redetermination date in order to redetermine such BPI. Such redetermination shall be made as provided in Subsection 1.B of Exhibit "A". Upon such redetermination Appendix "A" shall be revised to reflect such redetermination of each BPI in that WIPA, each Party's total BPI in that WIPA, and the effective date thereof, and appropriate adjustments will be made as provided in Article XI.
