BOOKING OFF. In the case of sickness, an employee shall notify the Dispatcher, Supervisor or applicable office staff at least one (1)hour prior to the commencement of the work shift. Operators shall notify the Dispatcher before noon. Booking off for reasons other than sickness or emergency shall only be permitted if the employee has submitted a request to the respective Supervisor in writing and has received approval to book off. Booking on employees shall notify the Dispatcher as follows:
