Board Rules, Regulations and Practices. This agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations or practices of the Board which shall be contrary or inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall be considered a part of the established policies of the Board. All persons hired to do the work of this bargaining unit shall be employed according to the provisions of this Agreement.
