BOARD OF EDUCATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Both parties to this Agreement recognize that because of limitations which apply, and for sound business practices in the operation of the schools, the Board has the responsibility of limiting expenditures to reasonably anticipated revenues.
