Common use of Board Expenses Clause in Contracts

Board Expenses. The Company will reimburse members of the Board of Directors of the Company and any official observers for reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with attendance at Board meetings and otherwise in connection with attention to their duties on the Board of Directors of the Company.

Board Expenses. The Company will reimburse members the customary, reasonable, documented out-of-pocket expenses of each member of the Board of Directors of Directors, and the Company and any official observers for reasonable costs and expenses board observers, if any, designated by an Investor actually incurred in connection with such member’s attendance at Board the meetings and otherwise in connection with attention to their duties on the Board of Directors of the Company’s Board of Directors. Each Investor will attempt to minimize such costs by combining trips to Company meetings with other business and apportion costs in an equitable manner.

Board Expenses. The Company will shall reimburse members each member of the Board of Directors who is a designee of the Company and any official observers an Investor for reasonable costs and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with attendance at Board attending meetings and otherwise in connection with attention to their duties on of the Board of Directors or other meetings or events which such director attends at the specific request of the Company.

Board Expenses. The Company will pay or reimburse all of the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the members of the Board of Directors of the Company and by any official observers for reasonable costs and expenses incurred Board Observers in connection with relation to attendance at Board meetings and otherwise in connection with attention to their duties on meeting of the Board of Directors and committees of the CompanyBoard of Directors.
