Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.
Data Integrity Contractor shall implement policies and procedures reasonably intended to ensure that Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information in its possession is complete, accurate, and current, to the extent necessary for the Contractor’s intended purposes, and has not been altered or destroyed in an unauthorized manner.
