Blank. 2.0.4 The Contracting Body requires consistent adherence to the Service Level response times as per agreed KPI's, with effective and timely scalability to ensure that peaks in demand hourly / daily do not degrade service performance levels. Xxxxxxx has carefully studied the requirements for Lot 2 and has carried out a detailed risk assessment to ensure that its resources and processes, along with capital and IT infrastructure already meet all requirements associated with Lot 2 whilst continuing to deliver on Xxxxxxx’x existing commitments. This assessment used Xxxxxxx’x experience of successfully resourcing and delivering similar requirements for in excess of 200 clients contracted under the existing Buying Solutions Travel Frameworks agreements. A project plan was agreed and initiated to address the identified shortcomings. Work already undertaken includes: - development of IT infrastructure, specifically the transference of data and management systems to new servers providing massive increases in capacity. Xxxxxxx is capable of managing peak volumes greater in scale to the Contracting Body’s requirements without adversely affecting service levels; - relocation of servers allowing further expansion capabilities, more efficient power usage; - thorough testing, completed successfully. Xxxxxxx uses PacketTrap MSP to monitor and manage its IT infrastructure. PacketTrap issues alerts if IT resources are extended beyond a predefined limit, and produces a daily report with detailed analysis of IT infrastructure performance throughout the previous 24 hours. Xxxxxxx’x existing staff members have an average of 11 years service with Xxxxxxx. Most are trained across a range of disciplines enabling flexibility to move staff resource to varying roles to manage periods of peak demand. Xxxxxxx will recruit full-time, part-time and potentially short-term personnel to manage the increased business volumes and “pinch-points” during identified periods of heightened implementation, on-boarding and go-live. Recruitment plans are already in place to meet the anticipated demand flow. Additionally, Xxxxxxx’x associate training company will provide staff resource at short notice. Xxxxxxx’x ability to meet requirements is regularly reviewed throughout our relationship with the Contracting Bodies and any necessary actions taken to ensure requirements are continuously met. 299 Words

(a) Engineers in yard service under this Article who during the course of their duty perform maintenance of way work or engage in wrecking service with all or a part of relief outfit within yard limits will be paid freight rates provided in Section 2, Article 3, or yard rate, whichever is the higher, for the combination service performed for the entire day's service.

(a) Engineers assigned to a series of branch freight, combination freight and passenger (mixed runs), or established turnaround local freight service, will compute their time as a single trip. Such assignments which involve turnaround service or turnaround service in connection with straightaway service on certain days of the week and exclusive straightaway service on other days of the week come within the terms of this section. Bulletins shall specify number of trips, name terminals, turning points, kind of service to be performed, and time set to begin work. In no case shall any portion of the assignment include trip or trips in helper service. It is understood this does not set aside or supersede decisions wherein engineers were used to push trains out of the yard within yard limits. (The second sentence of this paragraph is superseded by the More Than One class of Road Service Award of Board of Arbitration No. 168 so long as the awarded rule remains in force and effect on this property.)
