Blank. Should an item be damaged due to reasonable wear and tear within a one year of issue, the company will replace the damaged item providing that it is returned in a timely manner to the Company. The cost for this replacement will be borne at the cost of 100% by the Company. Any lost or damaged uniform components directly due to employee negligence will be replaced at the cost 100% borne by the employee. Employees will have the option to purchase additional items through the company at their cost.
